Horn Book Guide Reviews
These clunky, twelve-word stories for the earliest readers star Winnie the Pooh and his friends and feature some rhyme and lots of repetition to encourage early literacy. The overly bright colors and rounded shapes of the pictures might appeal to young children, but there are better choices available for developing reading skills. A note to parents precedes each book.
